This watch was restored by TAG Heuer in winter 2008/9 and is in very good condition. Bezel is brand new!
It has the famous Valjoux 72 movement. The Valjoux 72 was produced from 1938 until 1974 and is used in numerous watches from leading watch companies among them Heuer, Rolex (Daytona), Breitling, Zodiac, Le Coultre, Girard Perregeux.
You can recognize the Valjoux 72 because the distance from reset pusher to crown is longer than between start/stop pusher and crown.
